Why it is so important to send follow up interview emails…
You must always send follow up interview emails because it demonstrates good manners, ambition for the position you have applied for, and it also puts you at the forefront of the hiring manager’s mind when they are deciding which candidate to offer the job to.
We recommend that you should send two follow up emails to the hiring manager after your job interview. Let’s explore what the two emails are and when to send each one. Please take notes…
#1. The first email you should send the hiring manager is called a THANK YOU EMAIL. You should send this as soon as you get home after your job interview.
#2. The second email should be sent if you haven’t heard anything from the hiring manager or the company 5 days after the interview has finished. This is called an interview FOLLOW UP EMAIL.
