EXPLANATION: 3 (WHITE) 1 (CHECK) 4 (BLACK) 2 (GREY)
Answer: 7,8,4
EXPLANATION: There are several solutions to this question 7 + 8 + 4 = 19. Another solution is 6 + 5 + 8 = 19. It is important to remember that you can only use a number once in your answer.
I this assessment you are required to choose from the scale below how you would answer this question based on your own beliefs and motivations. Although there is ni right or wrong answers, P&G will looking for candidates who fit with the company values and code of ethics.
Answer: Disagree
EXPLANATION = If it was me taking this assessment, I would answer the question disagree. Working for a large organisation will at times require us to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of our employer. If you answered agree or strongly agree, this wold demonstrate a lack of flexibility and could damage your chances.
The only reason I have not put strongly disagree, is that you should not undertake a task you are unqualified for, or if it is a safety critical task which requires specific skills .
In this challenging assessment you will have to complete two separate tasks. Throughout the test on three separate occasions you will be presented with a grid with a black coloured square, which will appear on the screen for a short period of time. Your task is to remember when you see this and the location of the black square on the grid.
Sandwiched in between the grids, will be a number of spatial reasoning questions of varying difficulty which you will need to answer, such as the one below:
At the end you will be presented with a final question which will ask you to recall the order which you saw, and the location of the black squares on the grids.
