I Want To Pass My Interview!The role of a case manager is a rapidly growing position which is applicable to multiple different industries from healthcare, education, social services, rehabilitation and insurance to name a few. Case managers help individuals or groups to overcome problems and offer relevant advice & solutions to improve quality of life or to achieve a goal.
